I used the Office Deployment Tool ODT to install and deploy Office Professional Plus on our RD session host machine, but it is giving me message saying the product is unlicensed and activation required.

I used config. I selected Office Processional Plus 64 bit as target. I supplied our office Office Professional Plus mak key. I used the ODT to download office to shared install folder. I then logged into destination server as an admin and ran This installed the applications as expected.

Simply signing in to Office does not activate onetime payment licenses. You have to submit the key to MS to associate the key with your email account. If you have already done that, presumably on another machine, you will have "transfer" the key to this new machine.
