I have computer that does not connect to any website from any browser despite the network and internet status showing it's connected to LAN and Internet.

Command Prompt I can ping Google. I want to reinstall Windows 10 Home edition on the computer with internet access problem. I need to download Windows 10 Home edition to a flash drive at a second computer, and then use the installation routine on the flash drive to reinstall Windows 10 Home on the first computer.
