My laptop just did a forced Wwindows update for windows windows 10 wont boot after update 2019 free and now won't boot at all. All I get is the windows boot manager restarting on a permanent frew with the status 0xc I cannot get to the advanced options or dree else other than the uefi settings.
I do not have an installation disk as the computer came pre loaded as most do. I don't have access to another pc to create a disk.
